Kristina Taylor

Coach Kristina Taylor enters her fourth season with LBVBC, having coached almost every age group at the club level.  A teacher both by trade and by nature, she has fit seamlessly into the Laguna Family and the club's philosophy that emphasizes the importance that proper training and instruction plays in creating successful, well-rounded, team-oriented players.

Coach Kristina joined LBVBC upon moving to Southern California from Arizona.  While in Arizona she was heavily involved in the junior volleyball scene, coaching at the club, school, and USAV High Performance levels.  At the club level she coached at one of the top clubs in the region, Club Red VBC.  At the school level, she spent time coaching at her alma mater, Seton Catholic High School (2009), and Coronado Middle School (2009). Coach Kristina was also involved in the USAV High Performance Program in the region.

As a player, Coach Kristina was a four year letter winner at Seton Catholic High School and led her team to a State Championship in 2003.  From there she went on to attend and compete at High Point University in North Carolina (2005-2008).  At High Point Coach Kristina was named Big South First Team All-Conference (2007, 2008) as well as High Point Female Athlete of the Year (2008).

In addition to coaching at LBVBC, Coach Kristina teaches at Laguna Hills High School and is the Head Girls' Varsity Volleyball Coach at El Toro High School.
